Shipping Updates During the Canada Post Strike
We're committed to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible during the Canada Post strike. Below, you'll find details on how we're managing shipments and which areas are currently affected.
Shipping Carriers
- Canadian Orders: Shipped via Purolator and FedEx. Please note, Purolator and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so be sure to provide a valid street address at checkout.
- United States Orders: Shipped via FedEx. A valid street address is required, as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Service Interruptions
Due to the strike and carrier limitations, we're unable to deliver to the following locations:
- Canada: Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
- United States: Alaska
All orders to valid street addresses in other regions are shipping as usual with minimal delays. If you're in an affected region, you're welcome to place an order, but please note that it will not ship until service resumes.

When your order has been placed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times start once the order has been received by the carrier. Most orders within Canada and the US are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
** While shipping times vary, customers outside the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii) will experience longer shipping times.
We DO ship to APO/FPO addresses. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.
